You can now access your Cash Management services through our enhanced Business Online Banking platform, featuring a refreshed design, improved navigation, and streamlined access to the tools you use every day.
The best part? Your existing information, settings, and templates will move with you.
What You Need to Know

What do I do?
No action is required. Your username, password, templates, settings, and user permissions will automatically transition to Business Online Banking. We encourage you to review the available training materials and user guide.
Will the login process change?
No. You'll log in as you do today to access services through Business Online Banking.
Will my username and password stay the same?
Yes. You will continue using your current username and password.
Will my ACH template be available?
Yes. Your ACH templates and settings will remain intact and available in Business Online Banking.
Will my wire template be available?
Yes. All existing wire templates and settings will remain available.
Will my Positive pay information transfer over?
Yes. Your Positive Pay information will remain available in Business Online Banking.
Will my user permission change?
No. Existing user permissions and entitlements will remain the same.
What is changing?
Business Online Banking features a refreshed design, improved navigation, and easier access to the tools you use every day. You'll also notice some navigation and naming updates, including the removal of the Cash Management tab, an updated wire initiation process that no longer requires a 4-digit Wire PIN, and several changes to ACH and Remote Deposit labels and icons.
What specific changes will I see in Business Online banking?
In addition to the refreshed design and improved navigation, you'll notice several updates throughout the platform:
- Users initiating wires will no longer be required to enter a 4-digit Wire PIN.
- The Remote Deposit tab will be renamed Remote Deposit Complete.
- The ACH Batch Copy function will be renamed Duplicate.
- Within ACH Batch Templates, the Quick Edit option will now appear as a pencil icon.
- Within ACH Batch Templates, the option to Add a New Recipient will now appear as a person icon.
- The Cash Management tab will be removed on August 5. All functionality will remain available through the Business Online Banking menu and dashboard shortcuts.
When will Business Online Banking be available?
Business Online Banking launches on Wednesday, July 29.

The Cash Management tab will be removed. All of the same features and functionality will remain available through the Business Online Banking menu and dashboard shortcuts.
Will any features or functionality be removed?
No. The tools and services you use today will remain available. The primary change is how you access them within Business Online Banking.

When you log in after launch, you'll notice:
